What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Capital Path uses cookies solely to operate this platform securely and effectively. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or behavioural profiling of any kind.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the platform to function. They include session identifiers that allow form state to persist across page navigation, and CSRF tokens that protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery. They are set automatically when you visit the site and are deleted when you close your browser. You cannot opt out of these cookies without disabling core functionality.
Analytics cookies
Capital Path uses privacy-preserving, self-hosted analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, session duration, referrer). No personal identifiers are stored. No data is shared with third-party analytics providers. These cookies may be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
Third-party cookies
Capital Path does not embed third-party scripts that set cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no social share widgets). Where external services are referenced (e.g., a map tile provider), they are loaded from our own infrastructure or configured to suppress cookie placement.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies entirely, accept all cookies, or receive a notification before a cookie is placed. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the case submission form. For guidance, visit your browser's help documentation or allaboutcookies.org.
