Capital Path's overall recovery rate is approximately 25–35%, reflecting the practical difficulty of tracing and recovering assets across jurisdictions and through obfuscation techniques. We will always provide a written assessment of your case's prospects.

Use of the platform

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capital Path is incorporated. Any dispute arising from use of this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
